23. leden 1304, Pustiměř (Pustimir)
Jan, biskup olomoucký, potvrzuje přenesení práva křtu a pohřbu a důchodů kostela svatého Jana Křtitele za řekou Jihlavou na farní kostel svatého Jakuba v Jihlavě (Iglauien.), povolené jeho předchůdci, olomouckými biskupy Brunem a Dětřichem.
