6. březen 1628, České Budějovice (Boem. Buduicii)
Purkmistr a rada města Českých Budějovic (civ. Budvicensis) podle svědectví Kašpara Doudlebského ze Šterneku a Mikuláše Schantzia z Eisenpichlu a Hirscheku, vydávají rodný a zachovací list Erazimu Kelbeliovi [podle indorsátu se 16.XII.1632 stal strahovským profesem], synu býv. primase Matouše Kelbelia a jeho ženy Ludmily.
