Regent, purkmistr a rada města Jindřichova Hradce vydávají podle svědectví měšťanů Pavla Alexandra a Ondřeje Bílého rodný a zachovací list Petru de Carta, synu zednického mistra Františka de Carta a jeho ženy Ludmily, dcery Jiřího Horního z města Volenice.
