Papež Innocenc XIII. nařizuje pražskému arcibiskupu, aby povolil knězi pražské diecéze Jakubu Janu Koutkovi (Kautek), který trpí chorobou hlavy, sloužit mši až do konce přijímání s hlavou pokrytou biretem.
