Abstract
26. leden 1407, Strahov
Jan, opat, Mikuláš, převor, a celý konvent kláštera strahovského obnovují Řehořovi, synu Jakuba z Velislavic (Welisslawicz) ztracenou nájemní listinu na dvůr a 1,5 lánu polí ve Velislavicích, vydanou kdysi strahovským opatem Otou Jakubovi.
