Pražský žid Samuel Güntzburg [Samuel Güntzburg, Prager Judt] postupuje 600 zlatých Janovi Václavovi, říšskému hraběti z Lassagy Paradisu atd. [Johann Wentzel des Heÿ: Röm Reichs Graff von Lassaga Paredis, der Röm: Kaÿ: und Konig: Cath: Maÿ: Rath Würckhlicher Cammerer, grössern LandRechts wie auch der Hoch Authorisirten Judici Delegati Venatici Beÿsitzer im KönigReich Behaimb und Konig: Haubtmann der König: Neuenstadt Prag], a to proti vyplacení sumy ve stejné výši v hotovosti, ze které ho kvituje. Částka pochází z dluhu ve stejné výši, který mu dlužil Maxmilián Dubský, svobodný pán z Vitiněvsi atd. [Maximilian Dubskÿ Freÿherr von Wittinau Herr auff Pitshin und Buzil].
