Děkan Ambrož z Plzně a Blažej z Plané, kanovník a kantor pražského kostela, oba administrátoři arcibiskupství pražského kvitují příjem 5 zlatých rýnských od opata tepelského kláštera jako podýmné (jura fumalia) ze léta 1499 a 1500.
