Beneta, opat a celý konvent tepelského kláštera darují Alžbětě a jejím bratrům statky, spadlé smrtí tepelského rychtáře Jana Puchlbergera na klášter, a to zvláště cínové doly mezi řekou Oušou a potokem zvaným Goltwasser.
