Jan z Lomnice oznamuje, že ho Jindrich z Hradce prijal do spolku na statky Telc, Slavonice a /hrad/ Roštejn /u Telce/ a ostatní moravská panství. Zavazuje se, že po Jindrichove srmti vykoná jeho poslední vuli o techto statcích. Na požádání má být Jindrich ze spolku propušten. Jan z Lomnice - s. Svedkové: Ctibor Tovacovský z Cimburka, hejtman markrabství moravského - s, Vilém z Pernštejna a na Helfštejne /ps. Helfenštajne/ - s,Václav z Marýže - s, Jetrich z Prostiboric - s, Václav z Vydrí - s, Erazim z Dlouhé Brtnice - s.
