Cenek z Vertenberka a z Veselé slibuje, že nebude prekážet Reinprechtovi z Wallsee, hejtmanu hornorakouskému, v držení hradu na Rožmberce, které mu zastavil Oldrich z Rožmberka, kdyby Oldrich zemrel a jeho panství spadla na Cenka, jak mu je Oldrich zapsal do desk zemských; Cenek bude Rinprechtovi ochráncem všech jeho nároku na tyto hrady.
