Ondrej ze Slavonic a na Telci vyznává, že Ceskobudejovictí nikdy nebránili užívání silnice z Jindrichova Hradce pres Trebon, Trhové Sviny a Kaplici do Cáhlova pro vozy lidí Hradeckých pánu ani nikomu jinému.
