+ In nomine domini octabo anno principatus domni nostri iohanni et tertio anno domni
guaimarii eius filio gloriosi principibus, mense agustus quarta indictione. memoratorium factu
a nos garofalus filius quondam leoti et disiio filius inghelgardi presbiteri, eo quod ante subscribtorum
testium tradidimus et dedimus iohanni filius campuli de aliola finibus amalfitamorum
silva nostra que communiter abemus cum nostris consortibus in locum cetara et falertiu,
qui sunt quertieta et aliis arvoribus, qui sunt per as finis: a pars orientis fine terra ecclesie
sancti cisari et capu aqua, sicut fine nostra discernit: a pars meridie fine pede monte de falerzu,
sicut balle discernit, et descendente in flubio de cetara et prebaricante ipso flubio et
coniungente in ballone maiore, et per ipso ballone saliente in toru de imbrici et rectum exiente
in flubio de carvonara: de superna pars fine serre. infra ipse finis dedimus ipsius iohanni,
ut inde liceat eum lignamen abscidere ad forcas facere, unde pro ipsa lignamen dedit
nobis inde duo auri tari. unde per vona combenientia guadia ipse iohannes nobis dedit et mediatorem
nobis posui marinus filius petri de eodem locum aliola, tali ordine, ut amodo et
usque unum annum completum liceat eum ividem introire usque ipsum constitutum ad ipse
forche inde faciendum: ad completum ipsum annum recotere se de ipsa selva. quod si taliter
eos nobis non adimpleberit, componere nobis se obligavi decem solidos costantinos et que
prelegitur, eos nobis adimplere. et hunc brebem scribsi ego ildericus subdiaconus et notarius.
