    Nos Capitulum Ecclesiae Transiluanae, da- mus pro memoria, quod fratre Angelo, Priore de Désuár, vice et nomine Reuerendi in Christo Рa- tris, et Domini Fratris Pauli, Episcopi Albensis de Nándur , ab vna parte, etNobili viro Magistro Iobanne , filio Mikud £ani, ab altera, coram no bis constitutis, idem frater Angelus dixit et pro- posuit, atque confessus extitit oraculo vitaevocis: quod idem Magister Iohannes, (ilins Mihud Baui, de centum et viginti iuareis, ad rationem Buden sem, partim in aestimatione, partim in pecunia parata, in qui bus eidem Domino Paulo Episcopo secundum tenorem litterarum Domini regis in di- uersis terminis tenebatur, sibi nomine et vice ipsius Domini Fratris Episcopi Pauli reeipienti, et ab hoc speciale mandatum habenti satisfecisset ad ple num, et coram nobis idem Frater Angelus, no mine ipsis Fratris Pauli Episcopi eumdem Magi strum loannem, ül¡um Mikud Bani, de praedictis cen tum et viginti marcis reddidit expeditum , atque so- iutum.
