    veri et legitimi fideiussores ast.... inter ipsum comitem ... et nos per litteras plenius est contractum: predicto comiti Ghelrie modo et forma, quibus erga eundem sumus pro dictis gentibus obligati, nos, quousque eisdem voluerit parcere gentibus seu diem prolongare, aut inter eum et predictum comitem Hanonye et Hollandie de praedictis poterit concordan, bona fide fideiussores vnanimiter legitimos atque veros obligamus, jn quorum testimonium sigilla nostra presentibus litteris duxi- mus apponenda. Datum feria quarta post festum beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum, anno Domini millesimo trecentesimo sept.. De drie zegels verloren.
