Universis presentes litteras inspecturis frater Leo ordinis sancti Benedicti dei gratia :I Calamon(ensis) episcopus salutem et sinceram in domino caritatem. Licet is, de cuius munere venit, ut sibi a suis fidelibus digne ac laudabiliter serviatur de habundancia pietatisa sue merita supplicum excedens et vota bene servientibus multo maiora retribuat, quam valeant suis operibus promereri nichilominus(?) tantum desiderantes reddere domino populum acceptabilem fideles Christi ad complacendum ei quasi quibusdam allectivis muneribus indulgenciis videlicet et remissionibus invitamus, ut exinde reddantur divine gratie apciores. Cum igitur dilecti in Christo filii, fratres hospitalis sancte Catharine in pede pontis Ratisbone ad hoc totis viribus elaborent, ut infirmos, debiles, pauperes et egenos a quibuscumque Christianorum partibus venientes nocte dieque student, ut recipiant et eis prout ipsius hospitalis facultates suppetunt, necessaria administrarent(?) de omnipotentis dei misericordia beatissimeque semper virginis Marie et omnium sanctorum precibus et meritis confidentes omnibus vere contricis et confessis, qui ad dictum hospitale causa devotionis accesserint et locum graviter infirmancium, qui dicitur stupa, visitaverint, mente pia de bonisque sibi a deo collatis eidem contulerint aut in extremis languentes legaverint, quadraginta dies de iniuncta illis penitencia misericorditer in domino duximus relaxandum. Item omnibus vere contritis et confessis, qui in festo beate Catharine et usque ad octavias eiusdem in festo eciam omnium sanctorum et usque ad octavas eiusdem, in die insuper sancto pentecosten et usque ad octavas eiusdem, ac etiam in die sancte trinitatis, sancti Johannis Evangeliste et sancti Augustini festivitatibus et usque ad octavas eorundem ad eundem locum causa devotionis accesserint et altaria autem dictorum festivitatum pia mente visitaverint, quadraginta dies pro omni vice misericorditer relaxamus. Dummodo his omnibus loci diocesani consensus accesserit et voluntas. In quorum omnium robur sigillum nostrum in serico duximus aponendum.
