Frater Inzelerius ordinis heremitarum sancti Augustini dei gratia Buduensis episcopus omnibus presens scriptum intuentibus et audientibus :I salutem in omnium salvatore. Quoniam ut ait a) apostolus, omnes stabimus ante tribunal Christi, ut referat unus quisque, prout gessit in corpore sive bonum sive malum, oportet et nos diem messionis extreme misericordie bonis operibus prevenire adque eternorum intuitu seminare in terris, que cum multiplicato fructu metere debeamus in celis firmam spem fiduciamque tenentes, quod qui parce seminet, parce et metat, qui seminat b) in benedictionibus, metet de benedictionibus vitam eternam. Cum igitur hospitali sancte Katherine in Ratispona proprie non suppetant facultates, omnibus dicti hospitalis benefactoribus vere confessis et contritis necnon manum, qui porrexerint adiutricem quadraginta dies criminalium et annum venialium de iniuncta eis penitencia misericorditer relaxamus.
