Arnoldus dei gratia Babenbergen(sis) episcopus universis Christi fidelibus ad quos presens scriptum pervenerit :I salutem in omnium salvatore. Cum ad promerenda gaudia sempiterna sanctorum suffragia sint quam plurimum oportuna, ut quod merita nostra non optinet eorum mereamur intercessionibus optinere. Cupientes igitur, ut hospitale sancte Katherine in Ratispona congruis honoribus a Christi fidelibus frequentetur, omnibus vere penitentibus et contritis, qui ad dictum hospitale manus adiutrices porrexerint vel pias elemosinas erogaverint necnon hiis, qui in festivitatibus patronorum beate Katherine dedicationis et festivitatibus beate Marie virginis causa devotionis accesserint oraturi de omnipotentis dei misericordia et beatorum apostolorum eius Petri et Pauli quadraginta dies criminalium et annum venialium, si dyocesani ad id consensus accesserint misericorditer in domino relaxamus presentibus in perpetuum valituris.
