Noveritis, quod cum Alheidis dicta Mætzlin inpetivisset fratres hospitalis in pede pontis Rat(isponensis) coram nobis pro quodam predio in Plævling, quod ipsi hospitalarii prius obitinuerant (!) sentencialiter coram vicedomino dicto de Chrandorf et iudice in Vohburch, quemadmodum per privilegia predictorum iudicum in nostra presencia probaverunt, nos de consilio iurisperitorum sollempitatibus iuris observatis predictum predium prefatis hospitalis adiudicavimus per dissmittam sentenciam quiete et pacifice possidendum.
