Kurfürst Johann Georg I. von Sachsen belehnt Nikolaus (Nicol) von Minckwitz nach dem Tod seines Vaters Salomon von Minckwitz mit dem Rittergut Nehmitz und Untertanen in Nehmitz, Hermsdorf (Hermsdorff), Schleenhain, Hohendorf (Hohndorff), Langenhain, Oellschütz (Olschwitz), Droyßig (Droißigk), Maltitz, Methewitz (Medewitzsch), Saasdoef (Satzdorff), Lucka, Podelwitz, Heuersdorf (Heunendorff), Loitzschütz (Loitzschitz) und Zagkwitz (Zagschitz), gelegen im Stift Naumburg.
