Dompropst Nikolaus, Domdekan Volrad, Scholaster Otto und das Domkapitel in Hildesheim genehmigen, dass der Pfarrer Heinrich in Detfurth, ewiger Vikar an der Laurentiuskapelle in ihrem Dom, ein Haus in der Burgstraße zum Nutzen dieser Kapelle für vier Mark Silber an Hermann von Elze und seine Erben verkauft. Nos Nicolaus prepositus, Vulradus decanus, Otto scolasticus dei gratia et capitulum ecclesie Hildesemensis recognoscimus publice literas per presentes, quod Henricus rector ecclesie in Detforde, perpetuus capelle sancti Laurentii nostre Hildensemensis ecclesie vicarius, nostro et capituli nostri consensu ad id accedente vendidit iusto venditionis tytulo domum in platea, que dicitur vulgariter Borchstrate sitam, ad dictam capellam pertinentem, pro quatuor marcis puri argenti Hermanno de Aulica suisque veris heredibus perpetuo libere possidendam, tamen tali conditione intermixta, quod idem vicarius eandem pecuniam non minuat set augeat in evidentem ipsius capelle utilitatem fideliter convertendo. In cuius rei evidens testimonium presentem literam inde confectam sigillo nostri capituli fecimus communiri, datum anno domini M°CCC°L°VII°, feria quinta in Pascha.
