Bischof Herimann von Hildesheim überträgt dem Michaeliskloster zu Händen seines Abtes Burkhard und des Vogtes Ludolf fünf Hufen in Ingeln (Igginleve) auf Bitten des Ministerialen Friedrich, der dieses Gut vom Domstift zu Lehen hatte. Es soll immer zum besonderen Nutzen der Brüder dienen. Current repository:

In nomine sancte et individue trinitatis. Notum sit omnibus tam presentis quam futuri temporibus Christi fidelibus, qualiter ego Heremannus dei gratia sancte Hildenesheymensis ecclesie episcopus contuli monasterio sancti Michaelis quinque mansos in Igginleve amore predicti cenobii et rogatu cuiusdam Friderici, eiusdem ecclesie ministerialis, qui idem bonum iure beneficiali a nobis possederat, suscipiente hoc ipsius monasterii abbate Burkhardo et advocato Liudolfo, hac conditione, ut specialibus fratrum usibus deserviat nec aliquis abbatum in futuro id in beneficio cuiquem dare audeat, aut in aliosquem in prebende fructum usus conferre. Et ut hec nostra donatio firma atque inconvulsa tam a nobis quam a nostris successoribus, simul et eiusdem loci abbatibus perpetuo maneat banni nostri auctoritate firmamus et in testimonium eiusdem actionis cartam hanc conscribi facientes sigilli nostri inpressione signavimus. Huius rei hi testes sunt: Eggehardus decanus, Werno, Bernhardus, Ricbertus, Sifridus presbiteri, Thidericus, Oddo, Conradus, Lambertus, Erpo, Harderadus, Heremannus diaconi, Everhardus, Berno subdiaconi, canonici sancte Marie, Arnoldus abbas sancti Godehardi, Johannes prepositus de Bakkenrothe, Beringerus et Cono nobiles, Odelricus, Rothericus, Sifridus, Conradus, Ecbertus, Ernestus, Conradus, Eilhardus, Heynricus, Johannes, Gerhardus ministeriales sancte Marie, Nantwigus, Conradus, Sibertus et alii multi fideles.
