Ritter Konrad von Saldern verkauft mit Zustimmung seiner Söhne, des Ritters Johannes und des Knappen Konrad, dem Michaeliskloster in Hildesheim seine Echtwort zwischen Groß- und Klein-Steinwedel. Er verspricht den Käufern eine Garantie und dass er sie im Besitz der Echtwort, die sie dort schon innehatten, nicht behindern wird. Current repository:

Ego Conradus de Saldere miles recognosco presenti littera meo sigillo munita, quod cum consensu filiorum meorum Johannis militis et Conradi famuli et omnium, qui super eo requirendi fuerant, abbati et conventui monasterii sancti Michahelis in Hildensem, recepta ab eis certa pecunie summa, dimisi et presentibus dimitto in spatio sito inter maiorem villam et minorem Stemwede ius, quod echtwort dicitur, sicut et quantum ad nos pertinebat, renuntians eidem et omni iuri, quod michi et heredibus meis in prefato spatio competebat seu competere videbatur, transferendo idem ius in abbatem et conventum predictos translatione perpetuo duratura, volendo eis et super eo veram et legitimam prestare warandiam, quando et quotiens eis fuerit oportunum. In iure etiam echtwardi, quod ipsi prius in dicto spatio habuerant et adhuc habent, nec debebimus nec volumus aliquo tempore inpedire. Et nos Johannes miles, Conradus famulus, fratres predicti, ordinationem patris nostri dilecti gratam et ratam habentes sub sigillo unius nostrum, quia alter sigillo caret, eidem in omnibus consentimus. Actum et datum anno domini M°CCC° vicesimo septimo, feria tertia post dominicam Letare Iherusalem.||
