Bf. Heinrich v. Trient räumt Bf. Johann (III.) v. Brixen das Recht der Exkommunikation von Gläubigen seiner Diözese ein, die Besitzrechte oder Zinszahlungen an Brixen verletzen oder schuldig bleiben.
