Papst Bonifacius VIII. beauftragt auf Bitten des Bischofs von Passau den Abt in Alderspach, die dem bischöflichen Tisch entfremdeten Güter zurückzufordern und gegen die Zuwiderhandelnden mit Kirchenstrafen vorzugehen.
