Abt Leonhart und der Konvent zu Attel vertauschen der Priorin Hildegard von Utnried und dem Konvent zu Altenhohenau den Pachlhof mit daran stoßenden Sölden und 1/3 des großen Zehnts zu Kerschdorf (Pfarrei Eiselfing) gegen den Hof zu Breitbrunn (Pfarrei Etling).
