Die Herzöge Otto und Stephan erweitern die Salzmautfreiheit des Klosters infolge des bei der Belagerung von Neuburg (am Inn) erlittenen Schadens, gegen einen Jahrtag für ihre Eltern Heinrich und Elisabeth.
