Alram von Rottau bürgt gegenüber Mag. Hartwig, Domherr zu Passau, für zwei Güter in Loipertsham (Luiphteshaim) und Mitterdorf, die Rapoto von Essenbach verkauft hat, und sichert sie mit eigenen Gütern in Thiersbach (Sturspach) und Monte.
