König Ludwig der Bayer erlaubt Heinrich dem Panholtz eine Mühle bei Schwalbenstein (sog. Kaibl-Mühle in München) zu betreiben, solange der Betrieb der Mühle dem Kloster St. Jakob am Anger nicht schadet.
