Heinrich der Kärpf (Chaerph) verkauft dem Kloster zu St. Jakob am Anger einen Hof zu Ingolstadt, bei dem Minoritenkloster, für 12 Pfund Regensburger Pfennig und übernimmt die Gewährschaft.
