Kaiser Ludwig der Fromme nimmt das Kloster Niederaltaich auf Bitten des Abtes Teutpald, welcher vorbrachte, daß es bis jetzt durch den Schutz seines Vaters, des Kaisers Karl, gesichert gewesen sei, auch in seinen Schutz. Siegel in Blechumspannung.
