Eberwein von Ettmannsdorf, Vitztum zu Straubing, Ott von Desenheim und Wilhelm von Winzer schlichten den Streit zwischen Abt Bernhard von Niederalteich und Propst Heinrich von Rinchnach einerseits und Matthias dem Kirchdorfer andererseits um ein Lehen zu Kirchdorf.
