Die Herzöge Ernst, Wilhelm [III.] und Heinrich [XVI.] von Bayern bestätigen allen Grafen, Freien, Dienstmannen, Rittern, Knechten, Städten und Märkten und allen Leuten in Niederbayern nach dem Ableben Herzog Johanns [III. von Bayern, Grafen] von Holland und der ihnen geleisteten Huldigung alle Rechte und Privilegien, die ihre Vorfahren erteilt haben.
