Datum Benevent, per manum Gerhardi sancte Romane ecclesie notarii IlI non. iulii, indictione secunda, incarnacionis dominice anno Mo. Co. LXo. IXo, pontificatus vero domini Alexandri pape III anno X, presentibus XII cardinalibus, quorum nomina et signa propriis manibus facta in privilegio continentur.
