Konrad von Steinkirchen (LK Mühldorf) übergibt dem Kloster Raitenhaslach seinen an Otto von Walchen (GB Zell am See) verpfändeten Hof in der Urslau (Pinzgau, Sbg).

    Felix est litterarum vivacitas, que semota detraccionis invidia et sublata oblivionis columpnia representat facta memorie commendanda inmutabili veritate. Hinc est, quod ego Chuenradus de Stainchirchen presenti scripto profiteor et protestor, quod predium meum, videlicet curiam in Vrslawe, que Ottoni de Walhen pro libris XX Salczburgensis monete noscitur obligata, ecclesie sancte Marie in Raytenhaslach in remedium anime mee dedi ita, ut, cum eandem curiam conventus in Raytenhaslach solverit pro libris viginti ab Ot(tone) de Balhen antedicto, suis perpetuo remaneat usibus iure quolibet servitura. Et ut hec a me ac heredibus meis maneant inconvulsa nee possint ab aliquo in irritum revocari, presentem cedulam feci sigilli mei munimine roborari in testimonium et cautelam. Sunt autem testes, qui premissis interfuerunt: dominus Heinricus episcopus Chyemensis, Otto prepositus Salczburgensis; Chunradus de Pewerbach, Heinricus de Waldek, Chunradus notarius meus et alii quamplures.
