Universis presentem paginam inspecturis ego Gedrudis de Neuuaren, soror Vlrici Vituli, cupio fore notum, quod pro undecim talentis monete Ratisponensis Vlrico de Seifridwuer et Alhaide filie sororis sue et viro eiusdem dicto Hainrico predium quotdam situm in Hueb vendidi libere possidendum statuens prefatis emptoribus Vlricum Vitulum una mecum per decem annos et amplius in gwer, sicud solet vulgariter nuncupari. Huius rei testes sunt: Vlricus Vitulus, Chunradus gener Vituli, Hainricus Wanchuser, Chunradus Mundaer, Otto dictus Gilo, Hainricus Saxo cum fratre suo Friderico, Chunradus in ponte sororisa Mundarlini, Ortliebus Amcho et Fridricus frater eiusdem, Hainricus de Wulzingen servus Vituli, Hainricus Laurin, Cristannus de Muldorff, Perchtoldus officialis Vituli, Perchtoldus servus Seifridwuers, Chunradus filius Geiadinne, Otto dictus de Moring et Hainricus dictus Zwichel de Harthusen et alii quam plures. Acta sunt hec in Burchusen proxima feria quarta ante festum purificacionis anno domini M. CC. LXXI coram testibus prenotatis. Hec omnia supradicta facta sunt de consensu et voluntateb filie mee Agnetis et suorum omnium puerorum.
