    Notum sit omnibus tam presentibus quam futuris, quod ego Altmannus Prepositus in Ranshoven et fratres mei emimus LX. marcis predium in Neunchirichen ab Ortwino de Geltolfing et uxore eius Ellisa, quibus agentibus et efficientibus Otto de Ror et Eberhardus de Brunowe idem predium super altare. S. Pancratii Martiris potestativa manu absque omni contradictione delegaverunt. Nam eorum manibus illa delegatio consistebat et ne aliquid confirmationi et cautele deesset, memoratus Ortwinus venditor predii iureiurando iuravit super altare S. Pancratii, ut simpliciter absque malo ingenio sufficeret, quatenus filii sui eidem predio renuntiarent, quandocunque id nobis placeret. Testes sunt Otto et Eberhardus legatores memorati predii, Wichardus de Huite, Raffoldus de Planchenpach, Albertus de Burcsteten, Bruno de Sundirguve, Hecel de Beringen, Ulricus de Lampach, Fridericus de Planchenpach, Mazele de Smitlingen, Germunt Camerarius, Herwort de Huite, Dietmarus de Rechwin etc.
