Ludwig, Herzog von Bayern, beurkundet, dass der Reichsministerial Pubo von Lozenkirchen zur Sicherstellung für ein ihm von dem Kloster Ranshofen gegebenes Darlehen von Hundert Pfunden ein Gut zu Überacker ihm pfandweise übergeben habe.

In nomine Sancte et individue Trinitatis Lodwicus Dei gratia Bawarie Dux, Notum facimus universis Christi fidelibus tam presentibus quam futuris, qualiter quidam fidelis noster ministerialis regni predium, quod habuit in Ubrachen, cultum et incultum, quesitum et inquirendum simul cum hominibus adtinentibus ad idem predium in manus nostras coram vasallis nostris et ministerialibus deposuit Ecclesie beati Pancratii Martiris in Ranshoven protegendum tam diu, donec ipse regni, qui dicitur Pubo de Lozenchirichen, ministerialis pecuniam L. librarum, quam ab eis recepit, in integrum eis restituat, fratribus nimirum ibidem tunc Deo servientibus. Erit autem moneta illius temporis inter quatuor meliore. Quod si solvere voluerit prefatum predium, sine dolo et de proprio faciet. Si vero vendere voluerit, potestatem non habebit, nisi primum prefate Ecclesie hoc offerat, ut fratres ei pecuniam, quam aliunde sibi offerre certificaret pro comparando predio, si velint, tribuant. Tempus autem debite solutionis erit in purificatione S. Marie. Quo peracto si ipse postmodum solvere voluerit, tamen fructus illius anni usui Ecclesie remanebit. Constat autem quod prefatus Babo idem predium eodem tenore in predicta Ecclesia super altare S. Pancratii Martiris tradidit coram positis Matre sua Leukarde et uxore sua Gertrude et simul unanimem consensum prebentibus, Ad hec accessit Heinricus filius eius ceterique filii sui.
