Nos Vlricus dei gratia sancte Saliburgensis (sic) ecclesie Archiepiscopus apostolice sedis Legatus Cunctis presentem paginam inspecturis Salutem in eo, qui est salus. Nostrorum antecessorum inherere vestigiis cupientes et si quid in eorum scriptis preter rationis ordinem fuerat ignorantie nebula pretermissum, Hoc ipsum ex iusticie industria et auctoritate ordinaria obseruato iuris tramite duximus consummandum. Consencientes prioribus collacionibus et donacionibus ab Archiepiscopis Salzburgensis ecclesie rite factis liberali pietate circa Ecclesiam Hohperch ecclesie sancti Pangracii et Conuentui Canonicorum ordinis sancti Augustini in Ranshoven patauiensis Diocesis deo et omnibus sanctis ibidem iugiter famulantibus eorundemque perpetuis vsibus deputatam uoluntatem nostrum attribuimus principaliter propter deum Non inmutando collacionem et donacionem a sanctis patribus sancte Salzburgensis ecclesie Rectoribus canonice prius factas, set eorum collacionis et donacionis titulos confirmantes ratum perpetualiter habituri, quicquid gracie ex predecessorum nostrorum auctoritate ipsis Canonicis et Conuentui eorundem de consensu nostri Capituli rationabiliter fuerat acquisitum, et nos id ipsum nostri scripti patrocinio conmunimus approbantes collacionem et donacionem personarumque subscriptionem, sicut in eorum instrumentis iure consono perspeximus plenius contineri, sub interminatione anathematis districtius prohibentes, ut nullus omnino hominum iam dictos Canonicos occasione exceptionum in possessione prelibate ecclesie in Hohperch sev quarunlibet cauillacionum aparencia per formam judicii aut extra indicium aliqualiter audeat perturbare, immo gaudeant possessione pacifica et quieta, quemadmodum papalibus confirmacionibus vtiliter sunt armati, responsuri suo Episcopo in spiritualibus temporalia prefate ecclesie Hohperch cum omnibus suis attinenciis inperpetuum percipiant sine lite. Vt hec autem a memoria hominum non labantur, que obliuioni meruit subiacere (sic), nam omnium gestorum esse memores pocius diuinitatis quam humanitatis existit, hoc munimentum ad rei euidenciam pleniorem iussimus nostri Sigilli Karactere consigniri. Testes rogati et uocati hii interfuerunt: Sifridus prepositus in Ranshoven, Heinricus canonicus et celerarius eiusdem loci, Magister Johannes canonicus et scolasticus Ottingensis, Gebhardus canonicus Ottingensis, Levpoldus Scolaris archiepiscopi Salzburgensis, Engelprehtus miles de veteri Ottinga, Johannes Notarius, Chunradus judex Ottingensis, Werhardus (sic) půttinger Ciuis Ottingensis et alii quam plures. Acta sunt hec Anno domini Millesimo CC. sexagesimo secundo VIIII. Kalendas Augusti in Ottinga.
