    Nos Vlricus dei gratia sancte Salzburgensis ecclesie Archiepiscopus, Apostolice Sedis Legatus vniuersis presens scriptum intuentibus declaramus, quod, quia sancte operacionis propositum ad effectum debet perduci celeriter, ne dilatum humana fragilitas illud adimat et consequenter diuina retribucio subtrahatur, nos Cupientes statum Monasterii in Ranshouen atque fratrum ibidem deo famulancium semper oportunis subuencionibus augmentare, ut per nos fulti subsidio salutari non solum hospitalitatem ibidem seruare. sed etiam fratres tanto conpetentius exinde ualeant sustentari, omnem decimam noualium in Ethenau, que ibidem culta sunt uel colenda fuerint in futurum, ad nos et ecclesiam nostram de iure pertinentem, id est duas partes decime, tercia parte parrochiali ecclesie reseruata, eidem Monasterio et fratribus ad usus damus perpetuos huius scripti testimonio precipue propter deum. Et ne super donacionem huiusmodi dubitacionis seu calumpnie scruppulus (sic) a nostris successoribus uel quoquam alio predictis fratribus uel Monasterio ualeat in posterum suboriri, ecce presentem litteram ad robur perpetue firmitatis conscribi et sigilli nostri Karactere fecimus conmuniri.
