    Nos Chunradus dej gratia Prepositus Totusque Conuentus Ecclesie Ranshouensis omnibus christi fidelibus cupimus esse notum, quod predium nostrum dictum daz den Humbeln situm aput flumen zauchach in Ecclesia Haedershouen integraliter ius nostre possessionis et proprietatis dedimus in predio prenotato de conmunj consensv nostrj Capituli sev fauore Hainrico Straelerio dicto de Merhental eo pacto, quod de ipsa donatione ipso Straelario uere possessionis titulum perhibemus. nostre Ecclesie dictus Straalerius dedit pro concambio dictj nostri predij dimidiam curiam in perhaim dictam in Ecclesia halspach Bavarie sitam. Ne autem hec nostra donatio per nos uel nostros successores possit aliqualiter permutarj, presentem litteram sigillis nostris Capituli et Prelatj firmiter roboratam pretaxato straelerio dedimus in testimonium ac cautelam. Acta sunt hec anno dominj M. C. C. LXX. VIII. XIIII. k. maj. in Ecclesia Ranshouensi. Huius rej testes sunt dominus Otto miles in Strazz, chunradus judex in purchusa, Fridericus sweuus de praunauwe, Ainwicus frater prepositj Ranshouensis, Richerus de Stedeln, in wilhardo Richerus, wernherus de pirchperch, Gerhardus de prato, chunRadus de haselrevt, hainricus de arnstet et duo Friderici ibidem et alij quam plures fide digni.
