Ego Rudpertus de Wipping notum facio universis, quod cum bono consensu matris mee domine Eue et uxoris mee Stephnei et filie sororis mee Chunegundis obligavi predium meum in Baumgarten apud flumen Maticham situm Ecclesie Ranshovensi pro sex talentis ratisponensium antiquorum denariorum et proprietatem ipsius predii nemini vendere debeo nisi Ecclesie Ranshovensi, si mihi tantum dabit pro ipso predio sicut alter. Servitium ex Steura, que de dicto predio possunt medio tempore provenire, in solutione debiti non abnumerabo, quoniam eadem dedi pro remedio anime mee et parentum meorum prefate Ecclesie et fratribus ibidem Deo servientibus, ut eorum orationibus fiam particeps et mei antecessores. Ne autem dicti predii obligatio et ipsius Steure et servitii donatio per Ranshovenses vel per me et meos amicos et quoscunque successorum aliquo litigio, violentia sive dolo valeat immutari, presentem literam cum sigillis capituli Ranshovensis et Domini Rafoldi de Blanchenpach residentis nunc in Praunawe fideliter roboratam tradidi Ecclesie Ranshovensi in testimonium et cautelam. Acta sunt hec Anno Domini M. CC. LXXIX. in die beati Mathie Apostoli in domo Ranshovensi. Huius rei testes sunt Wernhardus de Puvenhoven, Heinwicus de Otendorf etc. Facta est hec obligatio per manum meam et uxoris et filie sororis mee.
