Johannes Naso utriusque iurorum doctor und Kurienkaplan der Kirche des hl. Mauritius in Krems in der Diözese Olomuk entscheidet eine Reihe von Streitfällen des Chorstifts Vilshofen gegen weltliche Ansprüche, die ihm Propst Ulrich vorgetragen hatte zugunsten des Stiftes, so etwa gegen Adam Häring von Ratzmannsdorf.
