Papst Martin V. lässt für den Propst des Chorstifts Vilshofen, Petrus Reindel, ein Instrumentium collationis beneficii parochialis erstellen bezüglich der Einkünfte aus der Pfarre Zell in der Passauer Diözese. - "Tenore huique instrumenti anno 1429. Martini V pontificatus anno duodecimo Leonardo Episcopus Pataviensis auctoritate ordinariam Petro Reindel praeposito Vilshovensi contulit Parochialem Ecclesiam in Cellis Passauensi diocesi, ipsumque ad realem et actualem eiusdem possessionem induxit" (barocker Regestzettel).
