Jorg Ortman zu Vtlin(1) und Peter Kobler zu der Ödenmül(2) verzichten als Vormünder des Sohnes Anndre ihres verstorbenen Bruders und Aidam Thoman Ortman zu Fruestorf(3) auf alle Ansprüche, die sie gegenüber dem Kloster Windwerg (Abt Wolffganng) wegen der Freistift auf dem Hof zu Fruestorff(3) erhoben haben.Siegler: Andre Holtzl, Richter zu Straubing(4).
