Albert, Dompropst zu Passau, und Wolfker, Domdekan zu Passau, beschließen, daß unwürdige Personen, die aufgrund von päpstlichen Briefen Pfründen und kirchliche Weihen innehaben, zukünftig ausgeschlossen werden.
