Carl Theodor, Pfalzgraf bei Rhein und Kurfürst in Bayern bestätigt dem Simmerer Bürger Martin Glöckner gegen eine Gebühr von 2 Gulden das mit seinem Wohnhaus verbundene, althergebrachte Recht, eine Schmiedeesse zu betreiben und verbietet eine Übertragung des Rechts auf ein anderes Gebäude ohne ausdrückliche Genehmigung.
