Colin von der Arke ("de Arcu") und seine Frau Coletta erhalten vom Kloster St. Matthias eine Keller- und Küchenpräbende ("prebenda alba in celario et coquina dominorum") gleich jener eines Konventsmitgliedes und übertragen dem Kloster dafür ihre ganze Habe.
