Abstract
1692 Dez. 4, Freising
Albrecht Sigmund von Westach, Domherr und Hofkastner des Hochstifts Freising, bestätigt, das Franz Achatz Freiherr von Tannberg zu Aurolzmünster den Hofmarkssitz Schwindach (1) im Gericht Neumarkt (2) bereits vor zwei Jahren von Albrecht Jakob von Ginsheim durch Kauf erworben hat, wozu auch die Zehntanteile aus dem Sedelhof sowie aus der Schneider- und aus der Webersölde gehören, die vom Hochstift Freising zu Lehen gehen.
