Kurfürst Max Emanuel von Bayern gestattet Karl Joseph Stängl von Rainbach auf dessen Bitte hin, den ritterlehenbaren Sitz Ritzing (1) mit Hofbau, Hofwiesen, Angerlehen, Schmiedlehen und zwei Sölden, alles salmanisch Eigen und Lehen, veräußern zu dürfen.
