Kurfürst Karl Albrecht von Bayern verleiht seinem Regierungsrat in Burghausen Joseph Wolfgang Lorenz von Prielmayr und dessen Geschwistern den Sitz Ritzing (1) mit dem Hofbau und den Hofwiesen, dem Schmiedlehen und den beiden Sölden, alles salmanisch Eigen, sowie das Bräuhaus und die Braugerechtigkeit zu Sibenbach (2).
